Overdue updates
No I am not dead, I did not get killed by a Train, and I was not hacked btw (just a response to a few of the deleted comments from my last post)
For those of you who really want to know, Grade 9 hasn’t been the paradise found that I had exactly hoped in the last few sentences of my last post. Infact, it has been quite the opposite.
Now don’t get me wrong, thing’s have been pretty cool on a few fronts. My best friend Ben and I share quite a few classes together (he said it seemed kinda weird, which I don’t get, two buddies together is pretty cool) and on top of that there have been a few developments in my love life!
Like I said, Highschool is the best place to meet chicks… at least thats what I keep hearing in all these Highschool movies I watched before coming here (Revenge of the Nerds may have been about College, but it’s just about the same thing). Anyway, remember back in March I alluded to some hot temp chick working in the Cafeteeria of my Grade 8 School? Well I guess she transferred here in October and is in my French Class. On top of all that, she sits almost right in front of me… like, five desks ahead. How hot is that?!
French and a hot chick always go together great, and I think this is the perfect setting to make my move. All I have to do is entice her with some really smooth french line like “Want to come back to my place?” but only in French. It’s a totaly dooable situation! Will keep you posted on that.
There are a few idiots here who just don’t understand the Anthony Lifestyle… most of them are on the football team. Don’t worry though, I can handle myself. When they try to pants me in the hallway or shove me into a locker, I just keep coming back with witty lines like “weirdo” or “Don’t touch me!” I know they don’t act hurt or fased by these comments, but I sure know I would when I get told that everyday!
Still haven’t gotten the huge circle of friends I had initially hoped for, Ben is still my best friend, but is so busy between classes I barely see him while waiting at his locker. Things can only get better from here though, so stay tuned. I will try my best to keep everyone updated as I get through Grade 9…
